They have a sticker on the packages saying the colors are brighter and they won't crack. I tried those first and they are beautiful. I bought some more, but they didn't have the sticker on them. Those must be what everyone here is reviewing. The old ones are indeed waxy with okay colors. I hope they don't peel like everyone says. But those improved ones are wonderful - brilliant colors and nice feel, not waxy at all. Trust me, there is a difference. I haven't washed the new improved ones yet, but they do look like they are durable and will withstand the wash. Wish there was a way to tell if the package we are getting from Amazon is new or old. I think the stock number is the same.
UPDATE: It has been an entire year since I've done some thirty or so transfers using various brands. Those new and improved Avery transfers are the best. One year later, through repeated washings, the new and improved ones still look bright and beautiful. The others are old and faded. Look carefully on the package. If they are new and improved Avery, that's the one you want. |

| THIS PRODUCT MUST HAVE IMPROVED FROM WHEN THE PREVIOUS RATERS USED IT. I SELL MOUSEPADS AND COASTERS AND THIS PRODUCT WAS EXCELLENT. THE COLORS WERE VIBRANT AND IT PEELED EASILY. I HAD TRY HP HEAT TRANSFER PAPER AND ONE OTHER FROM DESKTOP SUPPLIES AND THEY DID NOT WORK AS WELL AS THE AVERY. HP PAPER WAS DULLED AND THE COLORS WERE NOT THE SAME WHEN PRINTED. I MESSED UP QUITE A LOT OF MY PRODUCTS. WITH AVERY MY PRODUCTS CAME OUT WONDERFUL AND I WILL CONTINUE TO PURCHASE THEIR PAPER. AT FIRST I WAS USING MY IRON, WHICH YOU MUST IRON FOR 3 MIN. THAT IS A BIT LONG. AFTER THAT I USED MY HEAT PRESS FOR 15 SECONDS AND THE RESULTS WERE GREAT ALSO! I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT |

| I have used this product a few times to make inexpensive "custom" shirts. They don't last too well through the wash, but I wasn't being particularly careful about washing it since it was more of a one time use for me. |

I was pretty new at using the product and was not sure what the outcome would be. However, I have years of experience using Avery products. Avery has quality products that you can depend on. I was very happy using the Avery Transfer On paper. I even washed a tshirt to ensure it would stand up to its word, and IT DID! I was so excited!!
I will always use this products instead of using others. |

| The T-Shirt iron-on transfers worked great! We created celebration t-shirts with a large, edited family picture & text on them as a surprise for Grandpa's big birthday and it came out great. We distributed the transfers and nobody had trouble ironing them on shirts for their families (just follow the instructions carefully). No need to wash before wearing, still looked fine after washing. Everyone was amazed at how professional they looked. |
