Welcome to the second part of our three part series on the service. This article provides a service to high volume laser fax machines. Service contracts on fax machines at high volume are very different from those service contracts for copiers.

The difference is that faxes are not billed at a cost per copy. If my previous article "service contracts for copiers, 'then you read that the cost per copy means that you pay every time you make a copy. Fax Machineservice is paid differently.

Understand what is covered and not covered is very important to understand before buying a service contract on your fax machine. Most of the staff car fax is paid annually and supplies are usually not covered. Many service contracts do not include toner, drums or rolls, not hot. Many companies sell your office supplies at reduced prices as long as you keep the car on a contract. Theymay add a surcharge to cover the circuit.

You can also purchase a "contract cleaning alone." You can not have two or three calls, maid service or a year in advance to purchase a discounted rate. This way you keep the car clean, and if you have problems, you need to make a service call, you will save money.

I always recommend installing a protective device of high quality on all surge copiers, fax machines and laser printers. It will protect your carthe tension that can ruin your machine. Some companies have a surge protector warranty that covers your car if no surge protector to protect the device from high voltage wave.

Procurement of similar services for the insurance. They may or may not save money. Many companies do not purchase service contracts on fax machines, because not all the contracts do not cover copying. Serve their machine (s) on a per call. Wouldto decide for yourself or your company, if you have a service contract for the purchase of the fax machine.
